    Answer) 국내 대학 학부생에게 적용됩니다. 
    본 홈페이지에 로그인 하신 후 상단 퀵 메뉴에서 [Registration] -> [For domestic]을 선택하여 주십시오.
    스크롤을 최하단까지 내려 [카드결제하러가기]버튼을 클릭하여 주십시오.
    이후 결제 옵션에서 "학생" 옵션을 선택하고 결제를 진행하시면 됩니다. (결제금액 0원)

    - Attendee : APSCVIR 2023 participants

    - Participation Fee : 20 USD / 20,000 KRW (Complimentary for the invited faculty.)

  • [Payment] When you fail to proceed the payment

    1. If you didn't login before the payment process, please login first. 

    - How to login: Click on the upper right [Login] button on our website.  


    2. If you cannot find where the payment button is, 

     - Steps : On the top menu > [Registration] > [For Foreigners / Domestic] > [PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD](Blue button) 


    3. If you cannot access to the payment page,


    1)  We assume that the card payment requests high-security to the internet browser. 

    Thus, if you are an Internet Explorer user, we recommend you to use other browsers, such as Chrome or Microsoft Edge, instead. 

    If you have no difference, please do the way to delete all windows on the internet and reopen with other browsers or another way to re-check the pop-up blocker and so on.

     

    2) If it doesn't work, please press [Ctrl + f5] buttons more than 3 times to refresh and reload the data.

    Answer)  


    Firstly,  log-in to our website and find [Registration] in the top quick menu and click [For Foreigner / For Domestic]. 

    Then, scroll down until you reach the blue [PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD].  Or, you may proceed with your payment process as a bank transfer.

    A. Submission abstract deadline: February 14th(Tue.), 2023. 

    Announcement of the selected abstract: 28th(Tue.) Feb. 2023. 

    (The result will be given individually via email by the secretariat.)

    Q. [Travel Grant] Am I eligible for the Travel Grant Application?


    A. To be eligible for the grant, the applicant must be:


    1. An APSCVIR member

       (Documentary evidence; such as APSCVIR membership or application, should be submitted at the event venue.)

    2. The first author of an abstract(s) submitted to the meeting. 



    To apply for a travel grant, you should at least prove that you have applied for an APSCVIR membership application. 

    If you are yet to be an APSCVIR member but you submitted the application, you are able to apply for the travel grant.

    Q. [Abstract] How can I confirm whether my abstract is submitted?


    A. You may check the status in the [MYPAGE] menu > [Submitted Abstract Info]. If it's not completed yet, it will appear as [Abstract Draft Info] instead.

    Q. [Abstract] Can I edit my abstract?


    A. Once you complete your abstract submission, it will be unable to be revised. We would recommend you to submit the abstract again and let us know so that we can manually delete the previous one.


    If it hasn't been submitted yet, you can edit it through the upper right side [MY PAGE] menu > [Abstract Draft Info] or (on the top quick menu) Submission > [Abstract Draft (Edit)].

    A. For abstract submission, sign up is required. You can complete the web page sign up first. Pre-registration payment can be processed later.

    A. Yes, The certificate of attendance will be given to you automatically when you get a nametag on the conference site.

    A. Yes, The receipt will be given to you automatically when you get a name tag(name badge) on the conference site.
